| 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup finely chopped Diamond Walnuts Powdered sugar, for dusting the cookies 3 oz. Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate, melted |

| Heat oven to 350. Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until blended. Gradually stir in flour, then walnuts. Shape into crescents or 1-in. balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in the upper third of oven for 10 minutes or until firm but not brown. Gently roll each cookie in powdered sugar; cool on wire racks. Drizzle cookies with melted chocolate. Let stand on waxed paper until chocolate is firm. |
