DEATH BY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
1-3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1 pkg. (12 oz.) white chocolate chunks, or 2 pkg. (12 squares) premium white baking
   chocolate, coarsely chopped
Heat oven to 375.  Mix flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.  Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.  Add egg and vanilla; beat well.  Gradually beat in flour mixture.  Stir in chocolate chunks.  Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.  Bake 14-15 minutes or just until golden brown.  Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute.  Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
