CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
Shake 'N Bake Crispy Original Coating Mix
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Grey Poupon mustard
lettuce and tomato
Shake 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.) in 1 pouch Shake 'N Bake as directed on package.  Bake on foil-lined baking sheet at 400 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, using 2 tbsp. per chicken breast, and bake an additional 2 minutes until cheese melts.

Spread 4 split french rolls with 1 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard each.  Add cooked chicken, lettuce and tomato.
