CREAMY FUDGE
1 (24 oz.) pkg. Eagle Brand Chocolate or Vanilla Flavored Candy Coating
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
2 tbsp. half-and-half or milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, vanilla and salt.  Remove from heat; stir in nuts.  Spread evenly into aluminum foil lined 9-in. square or 13 x 9-in. baking pan.  Chill 4 hours or until firm.  Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.  Store tightly covered in refrigerator or at room temperature.

Microwave:  In 2-qt. glass measure, combine candy coating, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, vanilla and salt.  Cook on 100% power (High) 6-8 minutes or until melted, stirring every 1-1/2 minutes until mixture is smooth.  Proceed as above.
