| Cook and stir ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown; drain. Stir in canned mushrooms (undrained), cream of mushroom soup, sliced celery, chopped green bell pepper, chopped pimiento, milk, salt, noodles, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 25 minutes. | |||
