CREAMY BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
Yields 4
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) bag Bird's Eye frozen fresh Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli, Corn and Red   
    Peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
In a medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.  Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook vegetables according to pkg. directions; drain and add beef and cream of mushroom soup into vegetables.  Heat through.  If desired, serve with cheddar cheese.
