CORN FRITTERS 2
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup pancake mix
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
vegetable oil
maple syrup
Blend egg with milk.  Stir in the pancake mix until smooth.  Fold in the corn.  Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.  Cook 4 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve with maple syrup.
