| 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1 cup pancake mix 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained vegetable oil maple syrup |

| Blend egg with milk. Stir in the pancake mix until smooth. Fold in the corn. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Cook 4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup. | ||||
