| CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE | |||||
| 2 cups all-purpose flour 2/3 cup Nestle Toll House Baking Cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs 1-2/3 cups granulated sugr 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup Hellman's or Best Foods Mayonnaise 1-1/3 cups water Corn Oil cooking spray Chocolate Frosting (recipe follows) 1 cup chopped Diamond Walnuts, divided |

| Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl on High speed for 3 minutes. Reduce speed to low; beat in mayonnaise. Alternately beat in flour mixture and water. Spray two 9-in. round cake pans with cooking spray; dust with flour. Pour batter into pans. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes. Invert cakes onto wire racks to cool completely. Prepare frosting. Spread on one cake layer; sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts. Top with second layer; frost. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts. |

| Chocolate Frosting: Beat 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened Land O Lakes Butter in small mixer bowl until creamy. Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2/3 cup Nestle Toll House Baking Cocoa, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla extract; beat until smooth. Gradually beat in 2 cups sifted powdered sugar and 3-4 tbsp. milk until of spreading consistency. |
