CHOCOLATE ICING
1 (4 oz.) pkg .German sweet chocolate, broken up
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
In a small saucepan melt together the chocolate and butter over low heat.  Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and 3  tbsp. hot water.  Add more hot water, if needed, to make of pouring consistency.  Spoon over cake.  Glazes top of a 10-in. tube cake.
