| Cream all the above together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. | |||
| Frosting: 1 stick margarine 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporate milk 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped nuts |

| Bring to a boil and boil for one minute (Only boil the margarine, sugar, and milk). Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour over hot cake. | |||
