CHICKEN & SWEET CORN SOUP
1 packet chicken noodle soup
1 can creamed corn
a handful of spring onions (scallions)
1 egg
Cook the chicken noodle soup as per directions on packet.  Heat on low for 5 minutes.  Add creamed corn, stir; heat on low for 2 minutes.  Beat the egg and add slowly pouring into soup while stirring. Sprinkle in spring onions (scallions).  Serve immediately.  You can also add canned chicken.
