CHICKEN CHOW MEIN
1 whole chicken
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 onins, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Cook chicken until tender.  Remove bones.  Stir-fry chopped celery and onion in butter.  Add to chicken and broth; cook celery until tender.  Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Make thickening with cornstarch.  Add to chow mein.  Serve over chow mein noodles.
