CHEESY TUNA MAC
Yields about 4 servings
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese mix
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
3/4 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. process cheese sauce
Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain.  Stir in the milk, butter and contents of cheese packet.  Add the soup, tuna, peas, onion and cheese sauce.  Spoon into a greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish.  Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
