| In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion is tender, stirring frequently; drain. Add potato slices, contents of sauce packet from potatoes, ground red pepper, water, milk and margarine; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables; simmer an additional 10-12 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. | ||
