CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE
2 lbs. shredded potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 diced medium onion
1/2 cup diced ham
Fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
5 slices american yellow cheese broken up
1/4 cup shredded colby cheese
1/4 cup Velveeta cheese, diced
4 tsp. romano cheese
Mix together and place in a well greased 9 X 13 pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes uncovered.  Remove when done and let sit about 2 minutes, stir and serve.
