CHEESY CABBAGE ROLLS
1 head of cabbage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8-10 oz. hickory smoked cheese
1 egg
1 beef bouillon cube
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ground beef, rice, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.  Parboil cabbage and remove the leaves.  Take a small amount of the hamburger mixture and roll into a log-shape and put into the large end of the cabbage leaf and roll up.  Place in a 9 X 13 baking pan.  Continue doing this until all the ground beef mixture is used.  In a skillet, over medium heat, combine the soups, bouillon cube and cheese.  Stir frequently, until  cheese is melted and bouillon cube is dissolved.  Pour over the prepared cabbage rolls.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, covered.
