CHEESY BEEF ENCHILADAS
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar Taco Bell Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 flour or corn tortillas
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.  Stir in 1/2 cup of salsa and 1 cup of cheese.  Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13 x 9-in. baking dish.  Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.  Place tortillas, seam side down, in baking dish.  Top with remaining salsa and cheese.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
