CHEESE GRITS
Grits
chichen bouillon cubes
shredded cheddar cheese
black pepper
butter
Prepare the grits according to package.  Do not add any salt but instead add a chicken bouillon cube for each serving.  When the grits are ready, stir in a quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese for each serving.  When dished onto plates add a pat of butter and sprinkle with black pepper.
