| 1 med. cantaloupe 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate 2 juice cans water (about 1-1/2 cups) 1 tbsp. lime juice |

| Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. Scoop pulp into blender or food processor. Add cinnamon, cover and blend until smooth. Turn into large bowl. In same blender or food processor place orange juice and water. Cover and blend until mixed. Stir into melon mixture. Stir in lime juice. Cover and chill thoroughly. Stir before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or lime wedges. | ||||
