| CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |||||
| 4 cups shredded cabbage 1 stick butter 1 cup crushed cornflakes Mix butter and cornflakes, place in bottom of casserole dish and then put cabbage on top of flakes. |

| Mix well the following: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup (if doubling recipe use both) 1 cup milk Pepper to taste Pour mixture over cabbage. |

| Add the following to the top. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes Bake at 325 for 1 hour ( 40 minutes if you prefer cabbage a little crunchy). |
