| Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. In a small mixer bowl combine all ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt. Beat with electric mixer until combined. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Turn into pan. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool. | |||
