BRUNCH CASSEROLE
8 count Croissant
1 lb. sausage
Shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs mixed with milk
Press croissant at bottom of pan. ( I spray a little Pam at bottom of pan, if not a non-stick pan).  Brown sausage, crumble up and spread over croissants.  Top with shredded cheese.  Top with egg and mixture and kind of tilt pan so mixture will go all over pan.  Bake in oven for about 30-35.  (I usually cover with aluminum foil until last 
5 minutes of cooking.  Use a 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan.  Bake at 350.
