BROILED COCONUT TOPPING
1/2 cup pakced brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter or margarin, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup flaked coconut
In a mixing bowl beat brown sugar and butter or margarine until fluffy.  Stir in milk.  Stir in coconut; spread over warm cake in pan.  Broil 4 inches from heat 3-4 minutes or until golden.  Serve warm.  Frosts top of a 9 x 0-in. cake.  (Double recipe for top of one 13 x 9-in. cake.)
