BREADED RANCHERO CHICKEN
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1 envelope ranch dressing
1/2 cup melted butter
Combine cereal, dressing mix and cheese.  Dip chicken into melted butter then into crumb mixture.  Bake in a pammed 13 x 9-inch dish, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
