BEEF AND RICE HOT DISH
Yields 4
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1-1/2 cups water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
In a skillet brown beef; drain. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until vegetables are tender.  Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
