| 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 cup oil 1 egg, beaten 1 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1/8- 1/4 tsp. salt Oil for deep frying |

| Preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Combine the oil and egg beating well. Add the remaining ingredients (except for frying oil) and stir until well blended. Dip the shrimp into the batter to coat. Drop the shrimp into the hot oil and fry for 30-60 seconds or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. | |||
