| 6 center cut pork chops, trimmed of fat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, crushed 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt |

| Preheat oven to 350. Brown pork chops in oil. Drain, then place a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chops. Bake for 45 minutes. Great served with macaroni and cheese. | ||
