BARBECUE RIBS
5-6 lbs. beef ribs
1 jar (16-3/4 oz.) mild salsa
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Trim fat from ribs; place on a wire rack in a baking pan, single layer.  Bake at 325 for 1 hour.  Remove ribs from rack; cut ribs apart and drain grease from pan.  Place ribs back in pan (no rack this time) and cover ribs with salsa and sprinkle with brown sugar. Continue cooking at 325 for another hour.
