| 1 (4 lb.) boneless beef brisket 1 clove garlic, minced 1 med. onion, sliced 1 (18 oz.) bottle Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce |

| Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan. Place garlic and onion on top of brisket. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cover. Bake at 300 for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Skim off fat from cooking liquid; serve liquid with meat. | |
