BANANA SPLIT CAKE
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 egg
5 bananas
1 large crushed pineapple
1 Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped cherries
Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs for crust.  Put in a large dish (12x 8-1/2 x 2-in.).  With cream cheese at room  temperature., beat with beater and add powdered sugar and egg mixing well.  Pour over crust.  Slice 5 bananas and put on top.  Add one can drained pineapple.  Top with cool whip or whipped cream.  Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.  Refrigerate.
