BAKED CORN CASSEROLE
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients.  Place in a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish.  Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

Note:  It can also be prepared in advance and frozen until ready to bake.
