OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK
Here are a few interesting scenes from Olympic National Park. Rugged glacier capped mountains; 60 plus miles of wild Pacific coast; and stands of old growth and temperate rain forests. This is Olympic National Park situated on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. It became a national park in June 1938, and since 1988, 95% of the park is designated as Wilderness.
