After graduating high school and college, I married my high school sweetheart,
Brian MacDonald. Over the years we lived in Puerto Rico,Tennessee, South Carolina,
Pennsylvania, Ohio and North Carolina, and have two children, Brian and Cheryl.
After fighting cancer, Brian passed away in 1998. The experience makes me
hope even more that we find a cure for cancer soon--since all of us know people
who have suffered from it. Last year in May, I married Charles (Chuck) Perry who
was formerly with Dupont. Together, we have been exploring places like Mexico,
Ireland, Turks-Caicos Islands, Canada and getting to know each other's families.
We have taken a cruises, tried para-sailing, and ventured into the ice fields
in the Jasper-Banff area of Alberta. We have a home in Shelby and Blowing Rock,
North Carolina--both beautiful places to be. What's been the trip of my life???
Well, it feels to me like it is happening every day.
