Welcome to PolyCysters...

A mailing list and support group for women with PCOS to come together and share experiences, knowledge and friendship.  Let's reclaim our femininity, celebrate our womanhood and get educated about our disease!  Sharing online articles, resources, links and literature along with book suggestions are highly encouraged.   

NO MEN are accepted into the group unless of course you are a "doctor" or "loved one" of someone with PCOS and have sent an email explaining why you want to join to the moderator.

Topics discussed cover a wide range of categories that include: infertility, acne, insulin and androgen blocking medications, dieting, lifestyle changes, herbs, alternative therapies, hirsutism, insulin resistance, diabetes, pregnancy, frustrations, achievements and anything else that is important or pertaining to the lives of women with PCOS.
