Tagline - "If this game doesn't get a 10/10, that's a bitch"
Teams
: Tommy, Maciej, Jacob, Neil, and Matthew S. vs. Peter, Corenton, Patrick, Toby, Robbie and Graham.
Score: a 17-14 bunce for Pete's bluish braps.
Game Rating (out of 10): 10 - Jacob said it all with the above quote: the penultimate football game.
Notable absentees:  Jordan (chinatown), Josh, Matthew C. (dinner), Dylan, Ezra.
Offensive Player of the Game: Patrick  - Put up the winning numbers.
Defensive Player of the Game: Corenton  - Blasted his way over opponents.
Special Teams Player of the Game
: Matthew S.  Made his way up field.
Pitch and Weather
: No dust, but the warmth wasn't all there.  Despite having the glare from the sun all but in their faces the entire game, the blue's receivers put up some awesome numbers.
Summary
: Last game, the French invaded.  This game, the Germans helped.  In what was a game not as close as the score may dicate, Peter's blues took the game to Tom's reds on Saturday night.  Rob set a new record in passing touchdowns with 16, while getting clinical efforts from Patrick and Peter.  Tom's red fought valiantly, but were lacking on the defensive end.  The game ended on Pat's sixth TD of the game, one that Maciej probably should and could have had.
Bogus Moment of the Day
- Maciej asking for a lateral, getting one, and then standing and screaming one place.  His teammates were stunned, to say the least.
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Robbie.
- 9.5; Threw only one pick, and looked confident throughout.
Maciej
- 7.5; Maybe the start was too easy for him?  Failed to deliver in the end.
Patrick - 9.5; Added some dekes to a stellar touchdown score.
Neil
- 9; Fought hard for yards at every chance.  Slowed down by heavy jeans.
Peter - 9.5; There's a reason this guy is always one of the first picked.
Tommy - 9; Looked like the Tommy of old early on.  Kept up the instensity.
Corenton - 9.5; Sped his way past defenders like they were brightly colored pylons.
Matthew S. - 9; Undressed Corenton with incredible dekes on one fine looking play.
Toby - 8.5; Looked a bit lost early on, but looked the part after a few plays.  Great debut.
Jacob - 9.5; Put on a burst of speed when it mattered.  Clutch.
Graham - 6; Limited time.
