Inspired by his past few performances, capn' Mac had the arm blazing from the start, picking out the hot duo of James and Jacob. Rob, the opposing QB and capn', fought his way to a respectable outing, helped by the late appearance of speedster Corenton. However, with Rob sidelined with "I'm outta here" syndrome, the purples lost their initiative and fell to a loss after Tom's excellent TD snag. Bogus Moment of the Day - James. Event 1 - "Blue 36, Purple 366, 888, Shut the fuck up, I'll call hut when I'm ready, 833, 313....HUT!" Event 2 - James runs (nay, dives into) the yellow goal-post. Event 3 - James to Maciej - "I've got a huge erection after Jacob got that sweet TD." Event 4 - "Will you kiss my nipple better?" Event 5 - "I love football." <----------- not a typo. Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Robbie - 8; Burned on defence by the ever persistent James. Fought valiantly. Maciej - 8; There's so much a man can tell you...and you'd beter listen. Patrick - 8.5; Slowed down by fatigue, but excellent down the stretch. Neil - 8; Fought hard for everything he got. Tired like Pat. Ass aparently separating into 5 pieces. Peter - 9; Doo rag in tact, had another excellent outing. Tommy - 8.5; Scored twice, including the game-winner again. Getting great first step. Corenton - 8; Gave the purps a late spark with another spirited effort. Matthew S. - 8; Made a few extraordinary catches near the end zone. James - 8.5; Looks to be back in past form, with clutch play all around. Jacob - 10; Led by example. The turning point was his '3 TD, 1 int in 5 minutes' performance. |
