Summary
: One of the best games of the season may not have come to pass.  Early on, Fareena was taken by the spinoff league SFFL (Shitty fernies football league) and they threatened to stay on for some time.  However, with time, they passed, much like gas in a packed auditorium; rather loudly.  The purps took an early 2 point lead, thanks primarily to great receiving by Neil and Jordan T.  The sea blues fought back to tie at 15 with a Pat TD, and looked to take the lead late after forcing a turnover on defence.  However, Jordan threw an illtimed interception to Ezra.  The point was then converted on a handoff to Pistol Pete, who fired his tree stump legs into the endzone for the final score.
Bogus Moment of the Day
- Jacob to Maciej, after Neil scored his 3rd touchdown - "You stopped trying.  That's like 6 mahoneys right there."
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Robbie
- 8; Played a safe game, and was helped by great receivership.
Maciej
- 8; Offensively had it; defensively, same old saaad story.
Patrick
- 8; 5 TDs is great, but his man scored big time numbers against him.
Jacob
- 8; Good secondary scoring option.
Jordan T. - 8; Kept quiet, but made a few outstanding Jordan-esque catches.
Ezra - 8; Worked really hard near the end of the game, and was rewarded with the INT.
Neil - 8; Scored 4 times, but at least two were his defenders fault.
Sierra - 6; Made Taylor and Jordan run around a lot.
Luke - 6; He's big, as he's claimed too many times to count.
Dylan - 8; Added a good dimension to the offence.
Jordan D. - 8; A few critical errors near the end marred another fine performance.
Taylor - 7; Caught what he got thrown at him.  Good zone defence.
Peter - 8.5; Man of the match, and he coasted for long stretches.
