Teams: The teams were mixed up like crazy as people came and went as they damn well pleased but essentially it was Tommy, James and Maciej (with other dudes) vs. Owen and Alex D. (and other dudes).
Score: A 7-7 tie.
Game Rating (out of 10): 7 - decent weather/turnout, but kinda slow going.  Missing regulars included Danielle, Mini Soegtrop (who was playing gamed videos) and Matthew Couto.
Offensive Player of the Game: Alex D.  4 receiving touchdowns and a few incredible catches in the end zone.  Used "traff-alex" to his advantage on numerous occasions.
Defensive Player of the Game: Patrick.  Quietly, and very effectively, covered whomever he was assigned.  Essentially took away an option for the QB with his excellent man to man coverage.
Special Teams Player of the Game: James.  Had one kickoff touchdown, and one near kickoff touchdown.  His lateral passes off kickoffs were also on target, surprisingly enough.
Pitch and Weather: A warm afternoon, perfect for a game of FOOTBALL, like our friend Madden always says.  On one occasion, Roy was seen but he ventured off homewards, before many or all could notice.
Summary:  The game started off as a small 4 on 3 affair and then gained three newbie players, all of whom were grade 8's.  After Robward left, Dimigar switched sides and the game was essentially that of grade 7's and Mac versus the grade 8's of Fern.  Owen threw quite well for the greens and had the spiral going like a mad hack.  On the other end of the spectrum, Maciej threw the ball like a phoenitically challenged water boofalo.  His mind may have been elsewhere, probably pondering of Kit Fisto's demise, as he threw five interceptions on the day.  Other noticeable performances included Dimigars general quickness, James' hustle plays, Alex D's trademark endzone fumbles turned solid gold catches and Jimmy's game tying touchdown.
Bogus Moment of the Day - There were no real bogus moments, as the game never really got into a flowing rhythym.  In fact, the game spent more time adding and losing players than actually gaining in bogus ways.  However, if one had to choose a moment, it would have to go the four manned fumble recovery (the main proponents of whom were Owen and James) that ended up being nothing but a waste of freakin' time.  Flippin' ligers.
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Tommy- 6; Tommy was not at his best today and he admitted that he sucked the fat one.  Yup, his exact words, minus the fat one.  Yet, the sucked comment remains, hence the previous wording.  Quite.  Had a few Hand of Tom moments, but was not as his offensive best.
Robbie - 6; In the short time that Robbie played, he didn't really contribute much.  For some reason, he wasn't quarterback more than a few times, and was unable to get his macho groove going.
Patrick - 7; Although he didn't score a touchdown in a game for the first time in Hobo knows, he did manage to make a few sweet snags outside of endzone range.  Was a defensive dynamo, but should work on his footwork...the side running deke thing is really flippin' annoying.
James - 8; James do good.  What else can I say?  For the second consecutive game, he scored crucial points, but did seem a bit tired after a few runs.  Wore an awesome shirt though.  Who do you think will win the Moovivor challenge?  Brilliance.
Maciej - 5; It's sad to see how far this mook has fallen.  Once one of the best in the FFL, Maciej is losing ground very quickly.  Threw five interceptions today and had almost no spiral going.
Owen - 8; Owen threw 6 passing TD's and had great vision on the field.  Now if only he'd leave Maciej's flippin' hat alone.
Jimmy - 7.5; Although he threw wayward passes, he did have two crucial picks and one game tying touchdown.  A very good FFL debut.
Alex D.- 8.5; Ol' Crystalgrowth did very well on Thursday.  Alex D. never likes to make the easy catch, as he prefers to rather scare the shit out of his teammates by bobbling the ball a few thousand times before finally securing the point.  Had a nice interception as well.
Dimigar - 7.5; A very quick player who can find the open space nicely.  Scored two TDs.
Theo - 6; Not much in the way of production, probably due to a lack of playing time.
Edgar - 7; Probaby didn't spell his name right, but suffice to say he did show some fooba skill on his FFL debut.  Is confused on counting downs though, as he believes every down is the 3rd.
Aaron - 6; Zeros across the board, but he does have some passing skill.  A decent debut.
Tyler - 6; Wore blue, throws left handed, had an interception, strong in the fro' department.
