Teams: Patrick, Robbie, Alex D., Matt C., Aaron, Tommy, Moyra, and Graham vs. Matt S., Danielle, Maciej, James, Jimmy, Jordie, Owen and Lenny.
Score: 11-11 tie.
Game Rating (out of 10): 7 - Some good football plays in the first game in nearly a month.  However, the game did have some slow points and there were several (and notable) lazies.
Notable absentees:  Dylan and Alex J.  Most everyone else was there.
Offensive Player of the Game: Matt Soegtrop.  Showed some receiving brilliance, and regained some of the long lost fooba chemistry with QB Mac.  Ran like the wind, and for once didn't far like the wind either.
Defensive Player of the Game: Alex D.  Kept Danielle off the score sheet and for that should is rewarded with D player of the game.
Special Teams Player of the Game: Matt Soegtrop. Was dangerous as hell on kickoffs, although he didn't score one.  Showed how his elusiveness can get his team excellent field position.
Pitch and Weather: Gorgeous evening.  Just enough wind to fight off the possible strokes of heat, but not too much wind as to disturb the throwing of the QB's.  Excellent football conditions.  A few socks found here and there on the field, Danielle adamantly claiming that they were not hers.
Summary:  The game was never really dominated by either side.  Both sides kept fighting here and there and everywhere to tie up the game and take a much coveted lead.  The greens were led offensively by QB Rob who threw like his ship was sinking and he had the last shake and bake coupon and Patrick, who continued to catch the ball as if it was made of stickied tape.  The greens defense was led by Alex D., who singlehandedly shut down the ever dangerous Danielle.  The blues on the other hand relied on a team effort to pull out the tie, with James, Jordie and Owen each contributing at strategic points in the game.  The final play was a Matthew Couto touchdown catch, tying the game as was aforementioned and said.  Roy was seen as well, but could not be persuaded to play.
Bogus Moment of the Day - Lenny doing his best Tommy impression when trying to catch the ball with his face.  For some wierd reason, his glasses stayed on his face, but the ball unfortunately did not.
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Danielle- 7; As was aforementioned, she was stopped cold by Alex D.  When she did manage a catch, she never gained that many yards.  She did however contribute well defensively, shutting down the combo of Tommy and Moyra.
Robbie - 8.5; Robbie was at his best at QB, but he did also manage a nice TD reception in the end zone.  He continues to look more and more like Dash from the Incredibles.
Patrick - 9; Its games like these that remind you why Patrick is in the top 3 in almost every offensive category.  He scores by the bunches, and his normally shaky defense was okay today.
Matthew Soegtrop - 9; Reunited with Maciej and made the most of it.  Scored 5 touchdowns and was dangerous throughout.  Was especially brutal to his opponents on special teams.
Maciej - 7; Did well considering the fact he played on 1 and a half shoes.
Tommy - 7; The Hand of Tom came through in the clutch.  However, outside of that nice hand off touchdown he had, Tommy did not do much on the offensive side.
Graham - 6.5; Graham continues to be a funny guy.  He scored one touchdown but the highlight of his day was his attempt to be carried across the field by Owen and Lenny.
Lenny- 6; Apart from his face catch, Lenny did little in this game outside of wrestling with Owen. James - 8; Heart and Soul of the blues left earlier than most.  Was a monstro on special teams, but should probably conserve his energy and not waste it all in the first quarter of the game.
Aaron - 7; Honest effort on both ends, but should probably stick to receiver.
Jimmy - 7.5; Showed that he has what it takes to succeed in the FFL.  A role player in the mold of a James McCauley.
Alex D. - 8; Crystalgrowth played great defense, but was unusually quiet on offense.  However, his man to man coverage on Danielle was so good, a quiet 2 td performance can be overlooked.
Moyra - 5; Came late and didn't contribute anything out of the ordinary.
Matthew Couto - 8; Played an all around game that's worthy of all star status.  However, he continues to get discouraged if a play doesn't turn out as well as he hopes.  Needs to focus a lot more.
Owen - 8; His vision at QB is questionable at times, but not today.  He showed that when given the chance, he can succeed at the position.  When on his game, he's a very solid FFL player.
Jordie - 7.5; Big Jordie is as reliable a player that you can find.  He's almost always in position, and was rarely caught out of it today.  Needs to get more open on offense though.
