Summary
: The first annual FFL superbowl was rather subdued, but had its moments in the sun.  The game started off with a lot of kickoff returns for touchdowns, with Robbie only getting his first chance to run the offence only after 5 points were already on the board.  The forest green's controlled the game for the most part, never really looking to lose their lead to the not-quite-sky blues squad.  The greens were led by a solid receiving corps of Jacob and Patrick, whilst the losing blues fought back with a Jordan-Ezra combo.  After Maciej's late arrival, the blues went on a bit of a run, taking their first lead on a Graham touchdown.  However, the greens fought back valiantly, taking the game with Robbie setting back in the pocket and firing a sweet pass to Pat, who rumbled in for the score.
Bogus Moment of the Day
- Ezra's kickoff.  Apparently, not a thing was wierder than what he did on a kickoff.  After faking a kick, he picked up the ball, fell on it, then somehow got up to boot it yards away before he was tackled.  Wierd.  Almost...bogus, if you will.
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest
):
Robbie
- 7.5; Had 7 passing touchdowns, but also threw several interceptions.  Inconsistent.
Patrick
- 8.5; Looked good, even with the dropped catches.
Maciej
- 6.5; Late spark for the blues, but fell into a psychological pit after a bit.  Tit.
Graham
- 7; Rumbled in for a few.  Solid runs up the field on handoffs.
Jordan -
8; Anticipated on defence, created on offence.
Neil - 7; Ran around, until his "juice" wore off.  Good defensively.
Jacob - 8; Scored a lot early on, but not so much as the game progressed.
Peter - 7; Took his fair share of spills, but maintained high level of defence.
Ezra - 7.5; Was a major offensive threat as per usual, but iffy at QB.
