Pitch and Weather: Relatively warm, little trash on the ground. Somewhere a lark cried, "wahoo hooo" and the male version of said bird got a fucking boner.
Summary: Not a bad game for the most part on Tuesday night, marred specifically by the fact that questionable calls hounded the ending. With Rob's team up, the counting of steamboats became a rushed event for his squad, with Maciej having to throw the ball away in confusion. When a re-down was offered as a solution, naying cries abounded. So commisioner Mac took the ball and went home. Suck my balls. Before said incident, Robbie had a very good game in the air, with receivers Jacob and Graham having the bounces go their way. On the other hand, the I'm-so-lonely-oh-so-lonely yellow squad had little to nothing from all of its members, with Tommy having a particularly poor game.
Bogus Moment of the Day - It's, "1 steamboat.....2 steamboat", not the mixed up FFL creation of "1steambo2steambo3steam4ste5st..." That's just farcical.
Player Ratings (out of 10, 4 being the lowest):
Robbie - 9.5; Good stuff from Robster, despite his best receiver having troubles on the day. Found his receivers in the open and they helped the cause by getitng serious yards after the catch. 7 PTDs.
Jacob - 8; Had a pretty solid deke on Maciej early on, but needs to learn how to count. Slowly. 3 RTDs on the day, with one pick.
Patrick - 6; Was the exception on Rob's gay pink squad, an underachieving receiver.
Maciej - 4.5; Threw more interceptions than a blind black man with a rusty piano.
James - 5; Must learn how to get open and stay that way for more than two seconds. 2 TDs.
Tommy - 4; One of the worst performances ever seen in the FFL. And that's being kind.
Alex D. - 6; Got little service from QB Mac, but managed his share of TDs. 3 in fact.
Graham - 9; Has Rob found a new go-to guy? Looks that way. Brilliant. 4 TDs.
Moyra - 5; Wasn't around long enough to make her true impression.
Chloe - 6; The abnormally tall blonde managed a few catches but left halfway through the game.
