Compare Hong Kong with Singapore

In Singapore, the major waste disposal way is to burn the solid waste. So, she has 4 incinerators operating nowadays to burn the 8000 tonnes of solid waste there. As Singapore is a land scarce place and the availability of dumping grounds is limited, incineration has become the most effective method of refuse disposal because about 90% reduction in volume could be achieved by incineration.
