Hazel Graham and her husband Peter opened Polished 2 Perfection in 2005 and the business is quickly becoming West Lothian's newly established cleaning service. Based in Bathgate, West Lothian, Polished 2 Perfection has one clear aim - to provide our customers with a friendly, honest and reliable service focusing on the individual needs of each home or business. We do this by building relationships based on the quality of service we provide. All cleaning products and equipment are provided, leaving you to relax in the knowledge that we will show care and integrity whilst in your home or workplace. We offer a wide range of cleaning services at competitive prices and we can tailor your requirements into a programme which suits you. Do I need to supply any cleaning products or equipment No. We will bring all the cleaning equipment and products necessary to give you a clean and safe home or workplace. However, if you prefer, we will use whatever products you wish to clean your home or office. 3. When I arrange a visit from Polished 2 Perfection, how can I be assured you will show up? You can always count on Polished 2 Perfection to arrive the day we have arranged a visit. Just name the time and the place and we will be there! 4. Is Polished 2 Perfection an expensive service? Well that depends on what you class as expensive. We guarantee to bring exceptional care and attention to your home or office. All our services are fairly priced and affordable. Polished 2 Perfection is a luxury you CAN afford! 5. How do I pay Polished 2 Perfection for the service you provide? At Polished 2 Perfection you have the option to pay us by cash or cheque. You can leave a cheque for us to collect during our visit and we will always provide you with a receipt upon payment. 6. Do Polished 2 Perfection have any short-term or long-term contracts? At Polished 2 Perfection we do not believe in binding our customers into any contracts or obligations. You may use us as frequently - or as rarely - as you wish. 7. If I need to cancel or postpone a cleaning visit, what do I need to do? At Polished 2 Perfection we try to be as flexible as possible but if you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will re-schedule your visit with no extra charge. 8.
