Weinblatt Included in Who's Who Among America's Teachers
(October 3, 2002) - Richard Weinblatt has been selected for inclusion in the 7th Annual Edition of Who's Who Among Americas's Teachers.  Richard was nominated by Kimberly L. Tice, an associate's degree graduate of South Piedmont Community College's criminal justice program.  Richard serves as chairman of the Public Services Department and a criminal justice instructor at the college which serves Anson and Union counties in North Carolina.
Weinblatt Completes Legal Updates and Rapid Deployment Training
(March 30, 2002) - Richard Weinblatt attended a course covering Legal Updates and Rapid Deployment Training given by the North Carolina Department of Justice Attorney General's Office.  The training was completed in March 2002 in Greensboro, North Carolina.  The Rapid Deployment portion of the course covered critical incidents at places of public gathering such as schools, colleges, malls, and hospitals.
Weinblatt Completes Weapons of Mass Destruction Training
(January 11, 2002) - Richard Weinblatt has completed a course on Weapons of Mass Destruction.  The January 11, 2002 course was taught by a sergeant from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department's Bomb Squad in North Carolina.
Weinblatt Completes Police Sensitivity Training
(December 7, 2001) - Richard Weinblatt completed a course on Juvenile Minority Sensitivity Training given on December 7, 2001 at the Wingate Police Department in North Carolina.  The certified instructor conducting the training was Wingate Police Chief Scott W. Stroud.
