Story: Onizuka is a former bike gang leader. Now that he has spent over 5 years in Tokyo he thinks that it is about time to accomplish his dream. To become a teacher. For his being tested as a teacher, he becomes responsible for the taming of the worst class of a school. The students do not realize who they have to deal with and make pranks to him... Until he ties them upside down and tries to drown them in a lake. That's what Onizuka is. He soon leaves this class to go work at a better school as a real teacher. Now he definitely has to face many troubles with a really "devilish" class that will try to make him leave the school no matter what! Everything comes with a big dose of humor. The anime is considered a comedy and, really, you will definitely have much fun with the "dirty" thoughts of Onizuka and the outrageous situations he gets involved with. 

Animation: Everything is just fine. Nothing outstanding can be found in the quality of the animation, whereas it is absolutely what is needed. The best achievement in animation, I think are the "insane" faces of Onizuka and other characters when they get mad or think of something perverted.  

Sound: Onizuka's voice acting is very good indeed. So are the other voice actings. The opening song is nice and the BGMs (Background Music) in moderate levels.

General Critic: I think that this is a very special anime. The whole concept is made so that there is always something happening. Onizuka's character is very well made and, considering its comedic parts, this anime makes you laugh way too much. There are also many points in the series that have a deep meaning with lessons for your life. Great Teacher Onizuka is a great anime that you must see if you can.
