Story: You are probably aware of the wackiness that characterizes most comedy anime. You may also have seen some comedy. But, believe me, you cannot be prepared for the nonsense of Excel Saga.
Excel is a young girl agent with an only purpose in her life; to help Master Il Pallazzo conquer the city. Every episode gets introduced by an animated character that represent this anime's creator who prologues each episode and gives it a certain subject to satirize. Excel eventually teams up with an anemic girl, gets Menchi (a cute little doggy) as an emergency food supply and begins her crazy mission. This anime contains many other various characters, such as three unemployed roommates and an "afro" hairstyled family.   

Animation: Just serves its purpose. It maintains the quality in medium levels but in the last episodes the quality rises and some nice CGs are used.  

Sound: The opening is funny but not melodic. The voice overs are simple except Excel's that are "many words in a few time..."

General Critic: You can find it really amusing and it is considered a classic by many people. The truth is that it is not something really special. I like Abenobashi Mahou Shotengai better but it still gives you a great dose of laughter! 

Midis: There are no midis in the midis section.
