This image transfer was created by using 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 polaroid 669 color instant film. The slide film was exposed onto polaroid instant film using a Vivita Slide Printer. Acheves 140 lb smooth water color paper was soaked in a hot water bath for approx. 2 minutes. After two minutes, put the paper on a flat serface and gently squeeged out excess water. The print was processed for 12 to 15 seconds, peel apart and the negative side was put face down on to the squeeged water color paper. Roll the back of the negative firmly with a (soft) brayer roller for 1 minutes. Wait for 2 minutes and roll for another 30 seconds. Slowly peel the negative off the water color paper and put the transfered image into a tray of luke warm vinger water bath. (approx. 2 drops per gallon of water). Prints are left to air dry afterwards.
