| monday morning was primarily spent checking out of our hotel and getting ourselves to the airport. being the crazy earlybirds that we are, chris and k walked all the way from the airport to the city of san diego... many many miles. at the right, k presents the magnificence that is SoCal. below, chris gives a good "carefree californian" pose on our way back from the city to the airport. |
| the airplane back was pretty uneventful, especially since k just gave up and packed her gre book into her suitcase.. meals were complete with more snackpacks of fruitsnacks, cheese nips, and in flight beverage service.. minus the layover in kansas city.. (what state are we in?), it was a great trip! |
