Track and billing for product registration and serial number assignment

What type of registration/serial number formula should be supported in your version of this software? Let me know how to calc your serial/registration numbers so I can add your personalized formula. Provided are generic formulas that you'll need to incorporate into your software to validate proper registration in your software.

Tracking includes business, address, E-mail, fax, phone, products purchased, serial numbers given, charges by products/version of product, history and an interface to my billing program if statements need to be mailed to a client. I cannot imagine there will be a great demand for this product so I do not plan on charging anyone for its use.
