A self-insertion fic re-telling the tale of Trigun, starting at a point near the end of the first episode. At first, it's very close to canon, but it will diverge further and further as it continues. Assurance of that lies in a new character. One who's seen all the moves of the pieces in the game known of as "Vash's life". This person also knows of the player moving those pieces; Knives. This person doesn't care much for how Knives plays the game.
